On the afternoon of July 11,2024, Professor Zhou Fucai, a member of the Ministry of Educations Cybersecurity Teaching Guidance Committee, a member of the Blockchain Special Committee of the China Computer Federation, and a member of the Internet Special Committee, visited the School of Information to provide guidance on the formulation of our colleges 2024 undergraduate talent cultivation plan. Dean Wang Hongjiang, Vice Dean Zhang Pizhen, and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting.

At the meeting, heads of various departments reported on the undergraduate talent cultivation plans for the 2024 version. Professor Zhou Fucai provided guidance from an expert perspective on the content of the undergraduate talent cultivation plans for six majors, including Cybersecurity in the School of Information. He offered highly referential opinions and suggestions on aspects such as training objectives, graduation requirements, and curriculum structure. The heads of the respective departments engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges with the professional leaders, addressing questions raised by the faculty members and providing specific guidance.

Through this conference, the undergraduate training program of our college has been further improved. The college will take this opportunity to do a solid job in the formulation of the training program, make full preparations for improving the quality of training, and promote the connotative and high-quality development of the teaching quality of the college.
